If you weren’t aware, Craigslist has an entire section devoted to things that people are simply giving away just to get out of their garage or living rooms. Facebook Marketplace, likewise has a fair bit of free items that people are eager to have taken off their hands. Sometimes giving stuff away is easier than trying to sell them or lugging them off to Goodwill to donate.
