I found this Natuzzi ReVive recliner and ottoman on Craigslist for $80. The seller had just sold their home and needed it gone as one of the last items before moving.
I have owned a few of these in the past and they carry a pretty high retail price when new. The ones I have sold before have gone anywhere from $800 to $2000.
This time I wanted to try something different and see how fast it would sell if I priced it lower. In the past when I priced them higher it usually took longer because I had to wait for the right buyer. This model is also not super common so most people are not specifically searching for it.
Pricing it lower worked. It sold right away to a lucky buyer.
I did nothing to it besides make sure it reclined properly and it turned into about $520 profit. Not too bad.
