1) Go to craigslist [CITY]
2) Go to Housing Section
3) Look for Real Estate For sale
4) Pick the drop down menu and select real estate by owner
5) Voila, you have got a list of FSBO’s
Some have phone#’s and some don’t, I email and call them.
Key is to keep track of the data and put them in a spread sheet or CRM. I use google sheets and followup as much as possible and try to get an appt
I use a simple script which I can make a video on at a later date.
